2022 Ticket FAQs

Weekend Passes: For the first time, PLL Weekend Passes will be available for all regular season weekends beginning on February 8th. Each PLL Weekend Pass provides access to all four games played on a given PLL Weekend. The second half of the season will be announced on March 1st, with weekend passes available for those venues at that time. 

The All Star Game at Gillette Stadium will go onsale March 15th. The only way to purchase tickets for the ASG prior to the full Single Day Onsale will be through the purchase of group tickets or suites. To reserve a suite for the ASG, please visit here. Single Day Onsale: Single day tickets will not be available until our official onsale date on March 15th. If you’d like to receive information on single day tickets or get access to our presale, please fill out the link here. There will be no single game tickets, all purchases are for both games on each day. If you are interested in group tickets or suites, those may be purchased prior to 3/15 by contacting us at tickets@premierlacrosseleague.com

Group Tickets: Bring a group of 8 or more to any PLL event day and receive a 30% discount off your tickets! If interested in group tickets, please email us at tickets@premierlacrosseleague.com

Children / Seating: Children aged 3 and older are required to have a ticket for admission. Any child who enters without a ticket must share a seat with an accompanying adult. As the policy may be different by venue, please call the PLL Ticket Office in advance to confirm.

Credit Card Policy: Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted with the PLL Ticket Office and Team Shops.

Veteran Tickets Foundation: The PLL works with Vet Tix/1st Tix to provide complimentary tickets to veterans of all eras, service members, first responders and their families at each PLL Event weekend throughout the Summer.  Vet Tix/1stTix provides tickets to events which help reduce stress, strengthen family bonds, build life-long memories and encourage service members, veterans and first responders to stay engaged with local communities and American life. They support our troops, veterans and first responders by honoring their service and providing positive family and life experiences, during and after their years of service to our country and community.

Vet Tix/1st Tix provides tickets to all branches of currently serving Military and Veterans, including immediate family of troops KIA and First Responders, both current and retired.

 Tickets will be available starting on mid-March at https://www.vettix.org

VIP Experiences: More to come!

ReEntry: Guests may leave and reenter the stadium at any time in most of our 2022 venues. If planning on re-entering the stadium, you must go to one of the designated gates provided in the “Know Before You Go” email provided leading up to each event. Upon returning, you will be asked to show your ticket and surrender your "re-entry" card or be scanned in.

Ticket Office Hours: The PLL Ticket Office is currently open Monday through Friday from 11AM EST to 8:30PM EST, with weekends lines available during each event weekend.

Covid Policy: We follow all state, local and venue guidelines in regard to COVID and also the existing Ticketmaster policy, which can be found here: Terms Regarding Certain Canceled, Rescheduled and Postponed Events (COVID-19).
