Location: Los Angeles Office – PLL HQ
Job Type: Full-Time

Position Overview:
    • The Premier Lacrosse League is seeking a Box Office & Hospitality Manager to help oversee all PLL Ticketing & Box Office Operations. This candidate will be responsible for standing up all sales processes with each of our 2021 venues, managing each box office on-site, and overseeing all hospitality operations, including suites and premium ticket holders.
Responsibilities:
      • Oversee all box office operations.
      • Work with each venue and Ticketmaster to stand up all sales processes, including single-game tickets, group tickets, suites, and sales programs
      • Manage on-site box office staff and serve as the main PLL point of contact for all ticketing-related questions from venues & customers
      • Serve as the suites manager at each event & works with the venue to set up all food and beverage for suite buyers
      • Coordinates Tickets & Communications with Non-Profit Partners
      • Responsible for converting inbound suite inquiries and will serve as the hospitality point of contact on the staff
      • Manage and train two ticket sales staff on the sales of group tickets and suite bookings
      • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
    • 1-3 years of experience working in Box Office Operations or Ticket Sales
    • Box Office Management experience is preferred
    • Experience with Ticketmaster platform
    • Deep understanding of box office operations
    • Strategic thinker that can manage both short term and long term projects simultaneously
    • Comfortable interacting with external parties/partners on a day-to-day basis
    • Strong organization skills to track partnership asset fulfillment
    • Willing and excited to travel to all PLL weekends

ABOUT THE PLL

The Premier Lacrosse League (PLL) brought the sport of lacrosse to a national stage for the first time through a tour-based model, composed of 7 teams rostered with the best players the game has to offer.  Recently awarded SBJ’s Breakthrough Sport of the Year in 2020. The league was Co-founded by lacrosse superstar, philanthropist, and investor Paul Rabil and his brother, serial entrepreneur and investor, Mike Rabil, the Premier Lacrosse League is backed by an investment group comprised of The Raine Group, Creative Artists Agency (CAA), The Chernin Group, and Blum Capital. The league was announced in October 2018, with an exclusive media-rights deal with NBC Sports Group. The PLL’s second season will begin in May 2020, with seven teams, embarking on a 14-week season that concludes with a playoff and PLL championship game.
