The Premier Lacrosse League (PLL) is looking to hire an Email Marketing Associate. This role will be responsible for writing and drafting emails from each of the league’s eight teams, promoting tickets, merchandise, and other league initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for copywriting, A/B testing, email design, and lifecycle marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Build email campaigns for each of the league’s eight teams
- Strengthen and continue to develop unique voices for each of the league’s eight teams
- Tailor email journeys to net new fans based on personas and team affinities
- Work cross-functionally with ticketing, merchandise, product, and BD toward league objectives and key results
- Collaborate with content team on multi-channel campaigns
- Execute campaigns across other direct marketing channels (i.e. SMS, direct mail)
- Strong copywriting skills
- “A”-Level writer and communicator (both internally and externally)
- Hard worker who is a “doer” first; must be ready to roll sleeves up
- Demonstrates organizational skills required to balance email programs across eight teams
- $60,000 to $70,000 annually
- Based on the candidate’s experience, seniority, and location
