  The Premier Lacrosse League (PLL) is seeking a Fan Experience Coordinator to support on-site experiential and partnership activation operations with an emphasis on the PLL’s Premier Zone space. The Premier Zone powered by Ticketmaster is the PLL’s version of a “Fan Fest” where fans attending event weekends can engage with the league and its partner brands prior to attending the lacrosse games. The Premier Zone is a PLL staple experience, typically set-up adjacent to or within our event stadiums. Join the Premier Lacrosse League to create unforgettable experiences for fans and partners! Role Specifics:
General Qualifications
  • Passion for lacrosse and the PLL
  • Carries themselves with a constant positive attitude / energy and willing to grind
  • Strong organizational and communication skills (in-person and digital).
  • Experience working in a team and being a team leader 
  • Ability to think and adapt on the fly and make quick decisions 
  • Willing and able to work nights/weekends and travel to the Championship Series event + all regular season event weekends
  • Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and standing for extended periods  (8-12 hours)
 
Pre-Season
  • Collaborate with stadiums, venues, and the operations/logistics agency to plan the Premier Zone strategy.
  • Work with Operations (Ops) and Business Development (BD) teams to design and update weekly Premier Zone CAD layouts.
  • Build and coordinate experiential activations, including fan experience elements and partner spaces.
  • Source local vendors and activations (e.g., food trucks, musicians) for home market weekends.
  • Create and manage equipment inventory and tracking processes.
  • Hire and train seasonal Brand Ambassadors (BAs):
  • Review applications, conduct interviews, and onboard selected candidates.
 
In-Season 
  • Weekly Pre-Event Planning 
  • Coordinate with venues and ensure logistics (space, equipment, signage) are in place.
  • Update fan distribution information and briefing decks.
  • Provide schedules and assignments for the on-site team.
  • Oversee and execute weekly signage printing 
  • Game Day
  • Manage the Premier Zone setup, execution, and breakdown.
  • Liaise between PLL departments, PRYZ (operating agency), and on-site staff.
  • Serve as the main PLL point of contact for the Premier Zone 
  • Oversee Brand Ambassadors and ensure smooth on-site operations.
 
Post-Season 
  • Conduct performance tracking and market analysis 
  • Reconcile budgets and update equipment inventory.
  • Maintain vendor relationships.
Other Elements 
  • Assists with other League activations/events (ie. All-Star Game Skills Challenge + Party, Street Lacrosse, etc.) 
  • Assist with additional tasks as assigned.
