ROLE SPECIFICS:
The Premier Lacrosse League is seeking multiple full-time, seasonal Local Market Specialists to build out its in-house sales team in Los Angeles, CA (HQ). Local Market Specialists will be responsible for developing & growing relationships with 2024 Homecoming Pass Holders across the PLL’s eight home markets  – our version of season tickets – along with developing partnerships with local non-profits. Ideal candidates will be ambitious, proactive, and passionate about creating long-lasting memories for our fans. Role to be located in Los Angeles, CA HQ and will report to the Sr. Manager of Ticket Sales

KEY OBJECTIVES
  • Hit weekly and monthly KPIs to ensure individual and team goals are met 
  • Reach and exceed daily outbound & touchpoint goals (calls, emails & texts)
  • Responsible for building relationships, servicing and growing over 500+ accounts
  • Accomplish a yearly revenue renewal rate of 85%
  • Onboard 50% of accounts fully onto the PLL App and PLLNation 
  • Service Homecoming Pass Holders via phone calls, emails, and visiting accounts at PLL event weekends
  • Game Day activities include, but are not limited to, assisting Homecoming Pass Holders with experiences, visiting with members during games & assisting with all ticketing-related issues.
  • Acquire new business while providing world-class customer service.
  • Develop and grow relationships with local non-profits in an effort to bring groups to PLL event weekends and ensure the sport of lacrosse is accessible to all. 
  • Uphold core PLL values; be an excellent steward of the PLL in all interactions and conversations 
  • Maintain accurate records throughout sales process within our Hubspot CRM 
  • Will be asked to work event weekends
  • Other duties as assigned.
  REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong work ethic and passion 
  • Outstanding listening, written, and verbal communication 
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel 
  • Excellent time management skills 
  • Must be well-organized 
  • Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment 
  • Background in sports – particularly lacrosse – is a plus 
Compensation
  • $16.00 an hour
  • Commission and Bonus eligible packages
