KEY OBJECTIVES:
- Sales Strategy
- Build sales materials for existing league partners and future prospects, including materials such as decks, one-sheet overviews, and emails
- Assist with various research projects to support sales conversations and league positioning
- Identify prospective brand partners and support sales team with outreach for league events and initiatives
- Manage asset inventory tracking within the league CRM platform
- Compile and share noteworthy industry and brand sponsorship updates
- Partner Activation
- Manage regular in-season sponsor reporting according to individual sponsor objectives
- Support across a variety of sponsor hospitality initiatives including the largest sponsor/investor event of the year (PLL Championship)
- Liaise shipping and receiving of partnership team items via PLL HQ throughout the season
- Source, order, and execute sponsor gifting touchpoints throughout the season
- Manage the onboarding and usage of Business Development sponsorship management platforms
- Assist in strategic projects for PLL activation team as requested
- Role based in Los Angeles, CA
- Enrolled college / university student or recent graduate
- Strong organization skills to ensure all partner assets are fulfilled
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite Programs (e.g Powerpoint, Word)
- Eager to stay on top of emerging trends within the sponsorship industry
- Strategic thinker that is willing to bring new ideas and solutions to the team
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to travel occasionally, as needed
