- Coordinates PLL Academy marketing calendars, campaigns, and materials
- Creates email marketing campaigns across Academy training events & properties
- Assist with creation and project management of creative needs with teams internally, PLL athletes, and partners
- Work with internal team to brainstorm all elements of marketing campaigns
- Support in development of new creative marketing initiatives that drive registrations to PLL Academy events
- Collaborate with Marketing Manager and graphic design to create compelling and effective marketing assets
- Manage and optimize website
- Experience in lacrosse or youth sports a plus
- At least one year in a marketing role preferred
- Strong and professional writing skill set
- Minimum Bachelor’s of Arts or Science required
- Demonstrates “A” level organization and exceptional attention to detail
- Background working in Google Workplace – with specific understanding of Google Calendars, Google Docs, and Gmail
- Highly proficient with Excel and experience working with large data set
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Experience in working cross-functionally and delegating tasks and assignments
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Exceptional time management skills
- Based on the candidate’s experience, seniority, and location
- $30,000 to $40,000 annually
