The Premier Lacrosse League (PLL) powered by Ticketmaster is a men’s professional lacrosse league in North America, composed of 8 teams rostered by the best players in the world. Position Overview: The PLL is seeking an Academy Marketing Coordinator to support the end-to-end planning and execution of all youth campaigns. The Marketing Coordinator will report directly to the PLL Academy Marketing Manager to provide support on managing campaigns from start to finish, and play a critical role in driving registrations to PLL Academy events.
The ideal candidate is a motivated individual that can push marketing campaigns forward by keeping the team organized, efficient, and effective.

Roles + Responsibilities:
  • Coordinates PLL Academy marketing calendars, campaigns, and materials
  • Creates email marketing campaigns across Academy training events & properties
  • Assist with creation and project management of creative needs with teams internally, PLL athletes, and partners
  • Work with internal team to brainstorm all elements of marketing campaigns
  • Support in development of new creative marketing initiatives that drive registrations to PLL Academy events
  • Collaborate with Marketing Manager and graphic design to create compelling and effective marketing assets
  • Manage and optimize website
  • Experience in lacrosse or youth sports a plus
Qualifications:
  • At least one year in a marketing role preferred
  • Strong and professional writing skill set
  • Minimum Bachelor’s of Arts or Science required
  • Demonstrates “A” level organization and exceptional attention to detail
  • Background working in Google Workplace – with specific understanding of Google Calendars, Google Docs, and Gmail
  • Highly proficient with Excel and experience working with large data set
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Experience in working cross-functionally and delegating tasks and assignments
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional time management skills
Compensation:
  • Based on the candidate’s experience, seniority, and location
  • $30,000 to $40,000 annually
  • The total compensation package includes Annual Bonus, Health, Life, Dental, and Vision Insurance, 401(k) plan, Equity Sharing, Mental Health Stipend, Unlimited PTO, and Paid Parental Leave
