About TLN:
The Lacrosse Network (TLN) is the premier destination for lacrosse media. Built for a social-native audience, TLN was built on new media platforms, with specific focus on YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and now TikTok. The Lacrosse Network seeks to tell great stories in lacrosse and achieves that goal with a mixture of engaging and relevant social content as well as highly-produced feature content. TLN was recently rebooted and is fully owned by the Premier Lacrosse League. TLN’s operation is fully housed under the Premier Lacrosse League umbrella and operates out of PLL HQ in Los Angeles, CA.
Position Overview:
The TLN Creative Network is a selected group of emerging, eager, and hardworking creatives who will use their content to story tell around high school, college, and professional lacrosse beginning in 2021. This program is looking for video creators, photographers and/or on-camera talent to fill the positions within regional lacrosse communities. The TLN Creative Network will aim to find rising creative talent in the sport while generating engaging content to be shared across TLN channels. This position will earn a monthly stipend.
Qualifications:
● Must have proven history of social media management
● Capabilities with TikTok, Instagram, Instagram Stories, Twitter, and YouTube
● Lacrosse knowledge is required
● Video Editing and Graphic Design skills encouraged
Roles and Responsibilities
● Post across TLN social media channels – emphasis on TikTok
● Attend weekly meetings with management
● Conceptualize unique content ideas and execute on their creation
● Assist in promotional efforts and strategy
● Keep an up to date pulse on the lacrosse world
● Pulling best-of highlights from our audience and broadcast games
● Cutting select assets from long-form video to live individually in short-form across channels

● Create unique lacrosse TikToks around current trends
● Think of insightful ways to market our products
● Tweet promotional assets for our Creative Network highlight videos
● Respond to direct messages from our audience
● Design interactive Instagram Stories
● Type in D1 game schedules for our weekly email Newsletter
● Make thumbnails for TLN YouTube videos
Compensation & Opportunities
● Monthly cash stipend
● Mentorship from professionals in the industry (PLL Marketing Team) (ex: Masterclass type reviews with them on their content, ways to improve, constructive feedback)
● Paired with a PLL professional as a mentor
● Media access to college games and other lacrosse events
● Create content directly for the TLN page (300K on IG, 160k on YT)
