Accessible seating is available in all price ranges and can be purchased online at plltickets.com or at the Box Office on event days.
Guests needing assistance can contact Fan Services at 310-928-1107 before the event or ask any PLL or venue team member onsite.
Companion seats are available with accessible purchases.
If you purchased non-accessible seats in error, you may exchange them at the Box Office (subject to availability and applicable fees).
Children / Seating
Children 3 and under do not need a ticket if seated on a parent or guardian’s lap.
Policies may vary by venue — please contact the PLL Ticket Office before attending.
Digital Tickets
Access your tickets via the PLL App under More → My Tickets.
If you experience issues, visit the Box Office for assistance.
Screenshots will not be accepted.
Tickets must be scanned from your mobile wallet or the PLL App.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Ticket Policy
Tickets purchased through official PLL partners can be replaced at the Box Office with a valid photo ID and the original credit card used.
Tickets purchased through third-party resale sites cannot be reprinted, contact your point of purchase directly.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
All sales are final.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered for any ticket type, including deposits or group sales.
