California Residents
This notice applies to California residents or those otherwise subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) or as expanded by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (“CPRA”) (collectively, the “Law”). This notice explains your privacy rights and provides certain mandated disclosures about our treatment of California consumer information, both online and offline.

Notice to Consumers at Time of Collection
We collect the following categories of personal information when you interact with us: identifiers/contact information, demographic information (such as gender and age), commercial information, internet or similar network activity, sensory data, employment related information, and inferences drawn from the above.
We collect this information to help us better serve you, including to fulfill your requests and to share offers that you may be interested in. A more detailed description of our business purposes can be found in our Privacy Policy under the section titled How We Use the Information We Collect.
We will retain your personal data for as long as needed or permitted in light of the purposes for which it was obtained. The criteria used to determine our retention periods include: (a) the length of time we have an ongoing relationship with users of our Services and provide services, (b) whether there is a legal obligation to which we are subject, and (c) whether retention is advisable in light of our legal position (such as in regard to applicable statutes of limitations, litigation or regulatory investigations.
California residents have the right to opt out of the sale of their personal information. California residents also have the right to opt-out of sharing of their personal information for cross-context advertising. California residents also have the right to limit the use of their sensitive personal information. CPRA Mandatory Disclosures
We also make the following disclosures about our collection practices in the last 12 months for purposes of compliance with the Law:
- In the last 12 months, we collected the following categories of personal information and sensitive personal information: identifiers/contact information, demographic information (such as gender and age), commercial information, internet or similar network activity, sensory data, employment related information, and inferences drawn from the above.
- The sources of personal information from whom we collected include: directly from consumer, third-party websites or platforms, operating systems and platforms, social media services, service providers, advertising networks, analytics tools, publicly available sources, other sources provided at your direction, and third party services that update and supplement information we hold about a consumer.
- Our business or commercial purposes of collecting personal information are: performing services on behalf of the business, providing and auditing advertising and marketing services, conducting internal research for technological development, ensuring security and integrity of your personal information, verifying the quality and safety of our services and debugging or repairing errors that impair existing functionality.
- In the last 12 months we disclosed consumer identifiers, contact information, and demographic information for a business purpose.
- In the last 12 months we “shared” personal information with the following categories of third parties: data brokers or aggregators, service providers, advertisers, affiliates, business partners, operational partners, social media companies, and internet cookie recipients, as described in the “How We Share Your Personal Information” section of the Privacy Policy.
- As defined by applicable law, we “sold” the following categories of personal information in the last 12 months: identifiers/contact information.
- We do not “sell” or “share” personal information of known minors under 16 years of age.
Your California Resident Rights
- Up to twice in a twelve month period, you may request access to: the categories of personal information collected, the specific pieces of personal information collected, the purposes for which we used the personal information, the categories of sources from which we collected personal information, the categories of information that were sold or disclosed, and the categories of third parties to whom the business shared the personal information.
- You may request that we delete personal information that we collect from you, subject to certain legal exceptions.
- You may request that we correct personal information that we collect that is inaccurate, subject to certain legal exceptions.
- You have the right not to be discriminated against because you exercised one of your California privacy rights.
- You may opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information to third parties, using the process below.
- You may also have the right to limit the use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information, using the process below.
How to Make a CPRA Request
To Make a Request for Access, Correction, and Deletion, please fill out our Consumer Rights Request Form. Before completing your request, we may need to verify your identity. We will send you a link to verify your email address and may request additional documentation or information solely for the purpose of verifying your identity.
To Make a Request to Opt Out and/or Limit Information: California residents have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information. To submit a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, you may visit our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information form or send an email to legal@premierlacrosseleague.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Info.” Authorized agents may submit requests to opt out by visiting Agent Opt-Out / Limit Form. You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for the exercise of your privacy rights conferred by the CCPA.
California residents also have the right to limit the use of their sensitive personal information. To submit a request to limit the use of your sensitive personal information, you may visit our Limit the Use of My Personal Information form or send an email to legal@premierlacrosseleague.com with the subject line “Limit the Use of My Personal Info.” Authorized agents may submit requests to opt out by visiting Agent Opt Out / Limit Form.
For Agents: you may use an authorized agent to submit any request on your behalf, following the directions above. An authorized agent must have your signed permission to submit a request on your behalf or provide proof that they have power of attorney in accordance with California probate law. Before completing requests from authorized agents, we may contact you directly to confirm you’ve given your permission and/or to verify your identity.
Timing of Our Response to Verified Consumer Requests
If applicable, we are required to disclose and deliver required information to you, correct inaccurate personal information, or delete your personal information, based on your request, within 45 days of receiving a verifiable consumer request. We will take prompt steps to determine whether the request is a verifiable consumer request. This time period may be extended once by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary. In the event of an extension, we will notify you of the extension within the first 45-day period. The disclosure of the required information shall be made in writing and delivered through your account if you have an account with us or electronically (or by mail at your written request) if you do not maintain an account with us. We may require you to verify yourself in light of the nature of the personal information requested.
Shine the Light Act
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our customers who are California residents to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, information about the Personal Information we disclose to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. Not all information sharing is covered by the "Shine The Light" requirements, and only information on covered sharing will be included in our response. Removal of Content
If you are a California resident under the age of 18, and a registered user of any site where this policy is posted, California Business and Professions Code Section 22581 permits you to request and obtain removal of content or information you have publicly posted. To make such a request, please send an email with a detailed description of the specific content or information to legal@premierlacrosseleague with subject line “Information Deletion Request from a Minor.” Please be aware that such a request does not ensure complete or comprehensive removal of the content or information you have posted and that there may be circumstances in which the law does not require or allow removal even if requested.

Notice at Collection of Prospective Employee Personal Information
As a prospective employee, we may collect the following categories of personal information about you: identifiers, demographic information (such as gender and age), state or federally-issued identification information, contact information, banking or other financial information, biometric data, employment related information, educational history, and audio, electronic, visual or similar information.
We collect this information so that we can identify you and evaluate you as a prospective employee, operate our business and best serve you. You are entitled to all of the same rights as consumers set forth above.
