Brennan O’Neill has been voted as the Champion Player of the Week following his six-point, four-goal performance against the Utah Archers on Saturday night. The second year attackman led the Denver Outlaws to a 15-10 victory as Denver solidified its place atop the Western Conference with its sixth straight win.

O’Neill was the target of the Utah home crowd that booed him whenever he touched the ball. If anything, though, that seemed to motivate him.

“I’ve had people boo me every time I touched the ball in high school. I’ve had it at every level, so it’s nothing new,” he said after the win.

After scoring two points and shooting 0-for-23 in his last two games against the Archers, O’Neill flipped the script this go around. He shot 4-for-10 against Brett Dobson and the stingy Utah defense.

Two of his goals were on-the-run two-pointers as he dodged across the top of the two-point line and ripped his patented massive windup, overhand shot past Dobson. That pair of twos marked his second and third long balls of the season, tying him for the second most in the PLL in 2025.

O’Neill is also fifth in the league in scoring with 30 points, first in scoring points with 22, tied for first in goals with 19 and 12th in assists with eight. He has 20 points in his last four games as he’s found his stride in the Outlaws offense down the stretch.

Denver clinched its spot in the playoffs and the 2026 Championship Series with the win over the Archers. This weekend, the Outlaws return to Denver to host the Carolina Chaos on Friday night at 8:00 p.m. ET on ESPN+ before taking on the New York Atlas in a potential championship preview on Saturday at 1:00 p.m. ET on ABC.
