The California Redwoods have traded the fifth overall pick in the 2024 PLL College Draft presented by Q-Collar to the New York Atlas in exchange for attackman Chris Gray and the 18th overall pick.

Gray -- the NCAA Division I all-time career points leader (401) -- was the second overall pick in the 2022 PLL College Draft. A two-time All-Star selection, Gray scored 78 points (43G, 3T, 32A) in two seasons with Atlas.

The New York Atlas now own two first-round picks (second and fifth overall) in one of the most talented draft classes of all-time.

The 2024 PLL College Draft presented by Q-Collar, will be held on Tuesday, May 7 at 7 p.m. ET, airing on ESPNU and streaming on ESPN+. Chris Cotter will host the College Draft, which will originate from ESPN's Bristol headquarters, and will be joined by ESPN lacrosse analysts Paul Carcaterra and Ryan Boyle.
