Premier Lacrosse League, Onrise Partner to Prioritize Mental Health in Professional Lacrosse

LOS ANGELES – April 23, 2024 – The Premier Lacrosse League (PLL) powered by Ticketmaster, today announced a new partnership with Onrise, a leading mental health company, dedicated to prioritizing the mental health and well-being of lacrosse athletes.
The PLL and Onrise will partner to provide comprehensive mental health care tailored specifically for PLL players and coaches as part of the PLL's commitment to athlete welfare. Combined with Onrise’s expertise in athlete-specific mental health, the collaboration seeks to foster a culture of mental resilience and empowerment within the sport.

Onrise offers comprehensive mental health care, including athlete-specific peer counseling, licensed therapy, and psychiatry under one roof. Through this partnership, Onrise will work closely with the PLL to integrate its services into the league's existing player support programs, providing athletes with personalized mental health and wellness resources to support their overall well-being.
