The Premier Lacrosse League announced a partnership with Tiffany & Co. earlier this year to design and handcraft the Premier Lacrosse League Cash App Championship Trophy.

For over 160 years, Tiffany artisans have used time-honored techniques to handcraft the most revered symbols of athletic achievement in nearly every notable field of sport. The task at hand was to design a trophy for America’s first game for the next 100 years.

"A championship trophy marks the culmination of commitment, perseverance, and accomplishment. The moment that every athlete dreams of must not only meet those expectations in grandeur but exceed them, thereby holding distinct value in posterity,” said PLL Co-founder and President, Paul Rabil. “Tiffany & Co. is known for its lauded history in handcrafted jewelry and as makers of the most revered championship trophies in the world. Joining the cast of the NBA, the NFL, MLB, and the US Open, the Premier Lacrosse League Cash App Championship Trophy will set a new standard for professional sports.”

The top six teams from the 2024 PLL season will qualify for the Playoffs, where the top-seeded teams from each conference will earn a bye into the semifinals. The other 4 seeded teams will head to Foxboro, Mass. for single-elimination quarterfinal matchups at Gillette Stadium.

On September 15th at Subaru Park in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the PLL Cash App Championship Trophy will be awarded to the most outstanding team of the 2024 season, live on ABC.
