The Player
Method Man's connection to lacrosse traces back to his youth, when his cousin Joey took him to his first lacrosse practice. “I was just amazed,” Method Man said. It was my first time ever seeing anything like that. Next thing I know I was in a uniform.”
That uniform bore Hempstead Tigers on the front of his chest. He played for the Tigers under Coach Alan Hodish and it was there where his love of the game ignited.
“It’s like having track, football and hockey all in one game…and it’s a beautiful one.”
