Boston Cannons

Pride of the Commonwealth

Our Team

The Cannons are back, reforged and reloaded. Founded in 2001 as an original Major League Lacrosse team, the Cannons make their return to Boston intent to build on their legacy of success. With a coaching staff and roster worthy of the task, this team plays with incredible passion, offensive skill, and stiffling defense. Boston is a city of Champions - and these Cannons are a team worthy of Title Town.

Est. 2001

For 22 years, legends paved the way and set the standard for today’s team – from the all-time assist leader Ryan Boyle to Pro Lacrosse Hall of Famer Mark Millon to the all-time points leader Paul Rabil.

Coach Holman Era

Under the leadership of Brian Holman, the Cannons put team at the heart of everything. Trust is one of the core values in Coach Holman’s culture.

Passion & Grit

Toughness, two-way play, and unselfish offense defines Cannons lacrosse. This team – like the city of Boston – is proud. Outside our locker room, we may be considered underdogs. But we know what we’re capable of.
