Premier Lacrosse League Announces Atlas LC Coaching Change Ahead Of 2020 Season

LOS ANGELES, CA. (October 17, 2019) - The Premier Lacrosse League (PLL) announced today that John Paul will be stepping down from his role as Atlas LC Head Coach, effective immediately. The decision was announced by Chairman of the PLL Lacrosse Advisory Board, Seth Tierney.

Seth Tierney issued the following statement: “John Paul was an integral part of PLL’s success during our first season. He’s an exceptional coach, mentor and champion of the sport. We wish him nothing but continued personal happiness and success in his future professional endeavors.”

John Paul issued the following statement: ”I have decided to step down from my position as head coach of the Atlas Lacrosse Club in order to spend my summers focusing on my family, business and other passions. I’m incredibly appreciative of the opportunity to help build the Premier Lacrosse League, and I look forward to a continuing relationship. I can’t thank Paul and Mike Rabil enough for trusting me, but mostly I’m thankful for what they are doing for the game we all love. Our sport took a leap forward this summer. I’m excited to see where this goes next.”

Atlas LC will begin its search for its next Head Coach.
