Chaos LC has added attackman Tehoka Nanticoke from the player pool. Ranked the #1 recruit in the Class of 2017 by Inside Lacrosse, Tehoka scored 109 goals and dished 61 assists in 40 games with the Great Danes.

Head coach Andy Towers views his offense in terms of righties and lefties instead of attackmen and midfielders. Tehoka joins Dhane Smith, Wes Berg, Chase Fraser, Ryan Smith, Curtis Dickson, and Challen Rogers on the righty side. Expect Rogers to play a two-way role while the others compete for four gameday spots.

In August, Tehoka was drafted 3rd overall by the Buffalo Bandits. Through 10 games in the NLL, he has 30 points (19G, 11A) playing alongside soon-to-be Chaos teammates Dhane Smith, Josh Byrne, Chris Cloutier, Fraser, Ian MacKay, and Max Adler.

"I love the fact that he seems to get his opportunities within the framework of their respective offensive schemes," said Towers, who has been watching Buffalo closely this winter. "That speaks to a team-first mentality. It speaks to him being a 'we' guy. He also gets a ton of opportunities from his own hustle and toughness."

Tehoka blends physicality with improv dodges. His roll dodges and swim moves rarely ever create the same combination twice. One thing remains consistent: Tehoka keeps moving toward the middle of the field. Chaos will allow him to attack in his own unique style.

"Certainly we have our schemes, but the foundation of our scheme is to make sure we embrace the creativity of the players on the offensive end," said Towers. "And he's as creative of a player as this game has ever seen."
