Head coach Tim Soudan has overhauled this roster. Don't be alarmed by the number of newcomers -- most were brought in because of their relationship with Soudan and his staff. There's more cohesiveness here than the roster turnover suggests.

Returning Players: 10

Ned Crotty, Connor Farrell, John Galloway, Justin Guterding, Will Haus, Jordan MacIntosh, Mike Manley, Brett Queener, John Ranagan, Jordan Wolf

Additions: 12

James Barclay, Jesse Bernhardt, Sam Duggan, Reece Eddy, Hunter Forbes, Matt Gaudet, Brendan Kavanagh, Jesse King, Donny Moss, Jake Pulver, Eli Salama, Justin Turri

Positional Battle: Close defense

Chrome returns one longpole: Mike Manley. The newcomers -- Jesse Bernhardt, Jake Pulver, Eli Salama, Reece Eddy, and James Barclay -- will not be battling against each other, they will be battling together to develop the hive mind that the Whipsnakes, Archers, and Redwoods defenses possess.

Best Unit: Settled offense

This Chrome team didn’t score in transition much last summer – but they finished when the dust settled. Rookie Matt Gaudet joins Jordan Wolf and Justin Guterding on attack. Swing men Ned Crotty and Brendan Kavanagh can take attack runs or play midfield. John Ranagan and Justin Turri are smash mouth midfielders – the Big Boy Line is back! Jesse King and Jordan MacIntosh are savvy Canadian scorers on opposite sides (lefty and righty, respectively). Both can dodge, pick, and finish in a phonebooth.
