LOS ANGELES, CA. (October 15, 2020) - The Premier Lacrosse League (PLL) announced today that Redwoods LC attackman Jules Heningburg will be the new host of Unbuckled Chinstrap for Season 2, launching on October 20th.
Heningburg will be taking over the reins from PLL Co-Founder and Atlas midfielder, Paul Rabil, to sit down with the best lacrosse players in the world to explore their unique lives and untold stories of their careers. Heningburg, a rising star in the league, is also the Co-Founder of The Black Lacrosse Alliance.
“I am grateful to be given the opportunity to host this podcast and examine the lives and careers of players,” says Heningburg. “I’m particularly excited to explore the intersection of business, culture and social justice with my guests. I look forward to using this platform to dive head first into tough conversations and shine a unique light in lacrosse.”
“Jules is the embodiment of the modern athlete -- highly skilled on-field, entrepreneurial and committed to social change,” says Rabil. “I'm both confident and excited to watch him bring a fresh perspective to the show, highlighting his youth, intellectual curiosity, ambition and adversity.
