Premier Lacrosse League Named to 2021 Best Employers in Sports by Front Office Sports

By PLL | Dec 7, 2021

LOS ANGELES, CA. (December 7, 2021) - The Premier Lacrosse League (PLL) powered by Ticketmaster has been named to Front Office Sports’ 2021 Best Employers in Sports list.

“The sports industry is in the nascent stages of creating healthy and inclusive work environments,” said Director of People Operations Meghan Tartamella. “The PLL’s investment in our people’s mental health, programmatic skill development, and deliberate hiring practices have allowed us to create a work environment that attracts and retains the best and brightest people. At the end of the day, what we’re doing isn’t patentable, so our people need to be the best.

“Because of this, we believe that great employee experience ideas on how to improve and where to invest come from within. This is not “HR Jargon”; at the PLL our ideas, policies, initiatives, and development programs are consistently refreshed based on direct and anonymous feedback. Similar to the product our players put on the field, our employee experience is something we’re proud of but it needs to be approachable, scalable, and progressive.”

The PLL has offices located in Los Angeles and New York. The league is currently hiring to expand its media, marketing and operations teams. For more information, visit the Careers page.
