Gait Lacrosse Stick Gift with Qualifying Orders

Terms and Conditions

  • Eligibility Criteria: The first 40 eligible customers who make a qualifying purchase of at least one (1) 2026 Lexus Championship Series Ticket after the Promotion Start Time will receive a lacrosse stick (“Gift”). Customers will be eligible to receive a Gift if they: (i) previously purchased a 2025 Championship Series ticket, (ii) make a 2026 Championship Series ticket purchase after the Promotion Start Time, (iii) are one of the first 40 eligible ticket purchasers for a 2026 Championship Series ticket, and (iv) meet the other terms provided herein. The Promotion Start Time shall begin on February 19, 2026 at 8am ET. 
  • Limitations: Offer available while supplies last, on a first-come, first-served basis. Limited to one Gift per customer per account and qualifying order. Not combinable with other promotions. 
  • Geographic/Availability Details: Valid only to residents of the United States and Canada who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence (whichever is older) and who have a valid government-issued photo identification and valid email address. Void in all US territories and where prohibited or restricted by law. Subject to all applicable federal, state, local and municipal laws and regulations. Gift available from the Promotion Start Time until Thursday, February 26th at 5pm ET or until 40 qualifying purchases are reached, whichever comes first.
  • Claiming Gift. If an eligible customer is awarded a Gift, PLL (or its designee) will send an email notification to the email address associated with the account for the eligible purchase, with instructions for how to claim the Gift. All Gifts must be picked up at the 2026 Championship Series at designated times and locations. If a Gift is not claimed as instructed, it will be deemed forfeited. PLL will not mail any Gifts to intended recipients. 
  • Substitutions/Refunds: If the Gift is unavailable for an eligible purchaser, we reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value. No cash value or refunds for the Gift. 
  • General Disclaimers: Offer subject to change without notice. Void where prohibited. PLL’s (or its designee’s) computer is the official timekeeping device and PLL is not responsible for any entry errors, delayed purchases or other interruptions, failures or errors of any kind. By participating, you agree to these terms. Gifts are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied. PLL makes no representation or warranties relating to the Gift. Neither PLL, nor its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or contractors will be responsible for any personal injury or property damage related to the Gift.
  • DISPUTE RESOLUTION: By purchasing a qualifying ticket or accepting the Gift, entrants agree that any dispute or claim relating to the Gift (or lack thereof) will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this Arbitration Agreement. To begin an arbitration proceeding, entrant must send a letter requesting arbitration and describing entrant’s claim to our legal team at legal@premierlacrosseleague.com. The arbitration will be conducted by JAMS, an established alternative dispute resolution provider. Entrant and PLL WAIVE ANY CONSTITUTIONAL AND STATUTORY RIGHTS TO SUE IN COURT AND TO HAVE A TRIAL IN FRONT OF A JUDGE OR JURY. ALL DISPUTES WITHIN THE SCOPE OF THIS ARBITRATION MUST BE ARBITRATED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT ON A CLASS OR COLLECTIVE CLASS BASIS; ONLY INDIVIDUAL RELIEF IS AVAILABLE. You have the right to opt of out the provisions of this Arbitration Agreement by sending written notice of your decision to opt out to Premier Lacrosse League, ATTN: Legal Department 130 Lomita Street, El Segundo, CA 90245 within 30 days of the opening of the Sweepstakes, with a copy to legal@premierlacrosseleague.com. The written notice must provide the email address you used to set up your account, and an unequivocal statement that you want to opt out of this Arbitration Agreement. If you opt out of this Arbitration Agreement, all other parts of these Terms will continue to apply to you. Opting out of this Arbitration Agreement has no effect on any other arbitration agreements that you may currently have, or may enter in the future, with us.
  • LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PLL’s liability for any and all claims, judgments and awards related in any way to these Terms or the Gift shall be limited to the actual cost of the Gift and in no event shall PLL be liable to an entrant for attorneys’ fees, punitive, incidental, special or consequential or other damages and entrant hereby waives all right to claim such damages.
