Get to know Michael Ehrhardt
The winner of the 2019 PLL Longstick Midfielder of the Year and an integral member of Whipsnakes LC's championship team, Ehrhardt excelled in all phases of the game during the 2019 season. With 13 points and 30 ground balls picked up last season, Ehrhardt cemented his status as one of the top LSMs in the world. Michael Ehrhardt is a Westbury, New York native where he attended Chaminade High School. While playing at the University of Maryland, Ehrhardt was a 2x USILA All-American. Ehrhardt was named the Most Valuable Player of 2018 FIL World Championship, helping the U.S. win the Gold Medal. He was also named Outstanding Defenseman and to the All-World Team. Ehrhardt was named to the 2019 PLL All-Star Game. Ehrhardt's favorite food is tacos and he stated that he would love to have met John F. Kennedy. Ehrhardt's childhood sporting hero was Derek Jeter. He also listed Archers LC midfielder Tom Schreiber as his toughest PLL opponent.
