Get to know Tom Schreiber
In 11 games in 2019, Tom Schreiber netted 17 goals and a registered 18 assists. As one of the most dominant forces in the PLL, Schreiber was the winner of the Gait Brothers Midfielder of the Year Award at the close of the league’s inaugural campaign. He was additionally named to the 2019 PLL All-Star Team and was a nominee for the Jim Brown MVP Award. Schreiber is an East Meadow, NY naive who attended St. Anthony’s High School. At Princeton University, he was a two-time team captain, a two-time Tewaaraton Finalist, a three-time 1st Team All-American, and a two-time Donald MacLaughlin Award winner as the nation’s top midfielder. Schreiber is a two-time professional MVP and three-time All-Pro. He has been voted the top professional field lacrosse player by his peers twice during his career. In 2018, Schreiber won a gold medal with Team USA and was named to the All-World Team. Schreiber cemented himself in the lacrosse history books with another wildly impressive season in 2020. In Utah, Schreiber led all PLL midfielders in points (16) and goals (12). Following the tournament he was once again named as the Gait Brothers Midfielder of the Year.
