Joe Nardella followed his 2020 Paul Cantabene Faceoff Athlete of the Year performance by winning 57% at the stripe, burying two goals, and dishing five assists -- once again, leading all faceoff athletes in points.

Nardella has improved his clamp percentage year-over-year: from 38.5% in 2019 to 58.3% in 2020 to 58.7% in 2021. And he’s still scrapping when he doesn’t win the initial clamp, turning 36.8% of his clamp losses into faceoff wins (3rd in PLL behind Jake Withers and Trevor Baptiste).
